To begin your project you must request a quote online, Riptide marine will then request any additional information needed. Riptide marine will have 1-3 nearby applicators near you quote the project. We will provide you with these quotes via email along with the zip codes the shops are located in. If you would like to move forward, approve one of the quotes.

After approval of 1 of the quotes, riptide marine will send an invoice via email intuit payment systems. The full payment amount will be required at this time. This is For the protection of both the applicator and the boat owner. RipTide Marine will hold all funds until the project is completed and the boat owner is satisfied and approve

In the event that The boat owner is unsatisfied, all funds will be refunded by Riptide marine accordingly.

After RipTide has received funding from boat owner, we will forward all applicator information to the boat owner. We will request that the owner delivers the boat to the applicator's shop or dock. The applicator will Begin the work and complete the project.
After the project is complete the applicator will request a satisfactory guarantee

After the project is complete the applicator will request a satisfactory guarantee form. This form must be signed by the boat owner and states the owner is satisfied with the work to approve completion and transfer of funds from riptide marine to the applicator. RipTide Marine will contact the boat owner via phone call to verify this completion. After this, the owner of the boat will receive a copy of this along with a certificate of warranty. This certificate warranty warrants all labor and materials and is backed by RipTide.
